What we do

Our Services

  • 01We find the repetitive work in your week — intake, quotes, scheduling, follow-up, invoicing — and automate it inside the tools you already use. Reliable, every time, with nothing left for anyone to remember.Full page
  • 02Customer-facing agents that answer, qualify, and book around the clock using your real pricing and policies. Internal assistants grounded in your own documents, so your team gets accurate answers from your knowledge, not the open internet.Full page
  • 03Open-weight models on your own hardware or in a private cloud you control. No per-token bill, and no client data leaving your network — the version of AI that passes compliance review in medical, legal, and financial firms.Full page
  • 04An honest assessment of where AI earns its keep in your operation: what to automate, in what order, what it costs, and what it returns. Vendor and model selection without the sales pitch — and a straight answer when the right move is not yet.Full page
  • 05A model is not a product. We build the dashboards, internal tools, APIs, and data pipelines that make AI usable day to day — and the reliable plumbing between the systems you already pay for. Hardened for production, supported after launch.Full page
  • 06Structured delivery for technology projects — sprints, priorities, and a backlog that reflects reality — run by people who have shipped before. We manage the work whether or not we build it, and train your team to run the process themselves.Full page
  • 07Fast, accessible, search-ready sites on a stack you own, not a page builder that charges more every year. Built to convert: clear services, tap-to-call, online booking, and structured data so customers and AI assistants both understand what you do and where.Full page
  • 08Native iOS and Android where it matters, progressive web apps where it does not. Field tools that work offline, customer apps with secure logins — scoped honestly, built to ship, and maintained through every store update.Full page
  • 09Automated, versioned, off-site backup with tested restores — an untested backup is only a rumour. Retention policy, ransomware protection, and a recovery plan you have actually rehearsed, so losing a day never means losing the business.Full page

Selected work

Things that are running right now.

  1. 01AUTOMATION / AGENT2025

    A 40-person contractor

    Trades · Suffolk County

    The situation
Every inbound call was a handwritten note that someone re-typed into two systems later that day. Roughly a third never made it to a quote.
    What we built
An intake agent takes the call detail, writes the job record, drafts the quote and schedules the site visit before the truck leaves.
    hours/week returned
    quote turnaround
  2. 02LOCAL LLM / PRIVATE DEPLOY2025

    A Nassau County medical practice

    Healthcare · Nassau County

    The situation
They wanted AI summarisation of clinical notes. Nothing involving patient records was permitted to leave their network.
    What we built
An open-weight model deployed on a single workstation in their own office. Summaries in seconds, zero data egress, fixed monthly cost instead of a per-token bill.
    0
    records leaving the network
    monthly cost vs. API
  3. 03SOFTWARE / INTEGRATIONS2024

    A regional distributor

    Wholesale · Long Island

    The situation
Pricing lived in a spreadsheet, inventory in an ERP, and customers in an inbox. Reconciling them was a person's entire job.
    What we built
One internal dashboard over all three, with an assistant that answers “what can we ship this week and at what margin” in plain English.
    3
    systems, one surface
    days saved per month

LOCAL, IN BOTH SENSES

Down the road, and on your own hardware.

We are on Long Island, so we can sit in your conference room on a Tuesday and watch how the work is really done — which is the only reliable way to find out. And where it matters, we run the models locally too: open-weight, on your own machine, nothing leaving your network and no per-token meter running while you grow.

Here
Nassau and Suffolk. In person when it helps — which is more often than remote firms will admit.
Private
Open-weight models on hardware you own. Client data stays inside the building.
Fixed
Local inference costs the same whether you run it ten times a day or ten thousand.
Yours
You own the systems we build. No proprietary platform, no hostage data, no exit fee.

How we work

Start small. Ship it. Then widen.

No six-month discovery phase. No platform licence. The first thing we build is the thing that pays for the second.

  1. 01

    A conversation

Ninety minutes, no charge, no deck. We ask what your week actually looks like and where it goes wrong. You will leave the call knowing whether there is anything here worth doing.

  2. 02

    A written assessment

What to automate, in what order, what it costs, what it saves, and what we would not touch. Plain English, fixed price, yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  3. 03

    One thing, shipped

We build the highest-value piece first and put it in front of real users inside a few weeks. Not a pilot that lives in a sandbox — the actual thing, working.

  4. 04

    Then the rest

Once something is demonstrably earning, we widen. Every step is a working system, not a milestone on a Gantt chart.

  5. 05

    We stay

Models change, your business changes, things break at inconvenient times. We do not disappear after launch. You get a number that a person answers.

05 —

Say hi anytime

Bring us the repetitive one.

The task nobody wants. The system that three people maintain by hand. The AI pilot that never left the pilot stage. Ninety minutes, no charge, and an honest answer about whether it is worth doing at all.
